Environmental Engineering
SCE specializes in river restoration and fish passage projects, where we try to mimic natural form and function of stream ecosystems. Our restoration designs use geomorphology principles, using natural materials and look to historic stable conditions for greater restoration success.
SCE offers a full range of other environmental services including:
- Storm water modeling, collection and retentions system design, focusing on natural processes to achieve water quality standards
- Water distribution modeling and design
- Muncipal sewer system and wastewater treatment planning and design
- Residential septic system design, including soil profiles and percolation tests
- Environmental permitting in California and Oregon, including CEQA and NEPA process
- County affiliated Use permits, variances and rezoning petitions
