Residential
We provide complete design and engineering services for new homes, log homes, and remodeling. We have some standard home designs and will custom design homes to owner's requests. We work with local designers who have many years of custom home design experience. We provide engineering for many log home manufacturers for Oregon and California. We have engineered custom homes for near seismic fault geotechnical requirements. We work with difficult site constraints and high loading requirements.

Commercial
We provide complete design and engineering for commercial projects, and work with local architects and designers to provide these services. Some examples are the Crater Animal Clinic in Medford, Oregon; the Good Medicine Clinic in Mt. Shasta, the Siskiyou Eye Center in Yreka, Hotel and lodgings and other buildings in California and Oregon.
