Position: President

Chuck is a proven manager with a good working knowledge of local issues and concerns. As the project manager, Chuck Schlumpberger is a registered civil engineer with over 27 years of experience in construction and design of large and small projects of all types. Chuck is familiar with coordinating a team to reach project goals. Chuck will work closely with the team members to find the best way of gathering the information needed by the consultants, establish the method to accomplish the data gathering within the parameters of the schedule, and review the information with the team. The evaluations and recommendations of the consultants will be reviewed and new mapping of the routing of the replacement mains completed.
Chuck has worked with the City of Redding in the capacity of construction management and quality control inspection of the Stillwater Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant. This was a $20 million dollar project, which was completed on time and below budget. He has also worked in the same capacity on the City of Redding’s Buckeye Water Treatment Plant and Transmission main. These two projects along with the Cities Corporation Yard and Transfer Station were all completed with minor problems that were identified and handled with a minimum amount of disruption in the schedules. Chuck has also been involved in infrastructure studies recently in Mt. Shasta and Yreka. He has been able to stay up with some of the latest in computer software technology for piping modeling for water, sewer and storm water systems. Chuck worked with many flow calculations for open channel, gravity and pressure systems. His variety of experience will be helpful in working with the varied expertise of the team.
